Columbia Gas is in the final stages of their gas line replacement project and will soon begin restoration and paving.
Saturday, October 3, 2020 Facchiano Contracting will focus on completing the milling and paving at the intersection with First/Industry and Ellsworth. The intersection will be closed to traffic on Saturday.
They plan to continue to mill and pave the remainder of the project next week starting Monday, October 5, 2020. This includes the following streets: Walnut, Cherry, West Railroad, 1st, 2nd & 3rd. They may have to pave First at Plum next week, but will be able to maintain one lane of traffic during the mill and pave to allow trucks through.
