The Borough of Heidelberg’s Zoning Hearing Board shall hold a public hearing in the Community Room, 1639 E. Railroad St., Heidelberg, PA 15106 on Monday, May 20, 2019. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The Board will consider the following:
Applicant, Margaret O’Malley, owner of the property located at 482 Madison Ave., is requesting a variance from the following section of the Borough of Heidelberg Codified Ordinances to reduce the setback requirement to construct a shed:
Chapter 112, Section 112-402. Table of Area and Bulk Standards. R1 Minimum Set Back Requirements, 7 feet (each side) or 50-foot wide lots.
Copies of the application and all documentation are available for inspection in the Administrative Office located at 1631 E. Railroad St., Heidelberg, PA 15106, M-F from 9am – 4pm.
