- Adopted Ordinance 625, amending the Code of the Borough of Heidelberg to change the districts in which halfway houses could be used as a conditional use from the “R2” district and “C” district to the “M” manufacturing district.
- Adopted Ordinance No. 622, amending section 108-28 of the Heidelberg Borough Code to add restricted/permit parking in certain locations on Borough Streets.
- Adopted Ordinance NO. 626, amending the Civil Service Commission Rules and Regulation, Section III, F 2 (B) applicant for the position of Lieutenant shall have at least three years experience as a Sergeant with the Department, and if there is only one qualified applicant, said applicant’s examination for Sergeant may be utilized in lieu of an additional examination.
