Applications to take the test for the position of entry level police officer are being accepted on behalf of
The Borough of Heidelberg or their Civil Service Commissions until 3:00 PM on Wednesday, October 26,
2022, at the Heidelberg Borough office located at 1631 E. Railroad Street, Heidelberg, Pa 15106, 412-
276-0363.
Information concerning minimum eligibility requirements for each police department is contained in the
Applications and instructions are available at the Borough Office between 9 AM and 3 PM. Completed
applications are to be returned with a non-refundable fee of $50.00 in person to the Borough Office.
A physical agility test is scheduled for the morning of Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at 9:00 AM at the
Allegheny County Police Academy located at 700 W. Ridge Road, Allison Park, PA 15101, with a written
test to follow Thursday November 10″ at 9:00 Am at the Borough’s Community Center located at 1639
